Our Story
Founded in Addis Ababa, Dobzi was created to raise the standard of overseas recruitment from Ethiopia. We saw too many families and employers underserved by informal channels — and we built a process that protects both sides.
Today we operate under Ethiopia's overseas employment framework, partnering with licensed sponsors in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.
