    Candidate Shortlisting

    We send vetted CVs, photos and short videos. Employer selects preferred candidates.

    Interview

    Phone or video interviews are arranged at the employer's convenience.

    Medical & Background Checks

    Government-approved medicals, police clearance, age and ID verification.

    Training

    Pre-departure orientation: language basics, culture, household etiquette, safety.

    Visa & Attestation

    Embassy processing, contract attestation, insurance and ticketing.

    Deployment

    Airport handling in Addis Ababa and meet-and-greet in destination country.

    Post-Arrival Support

    Ongoing welfare follow-up and dispute mediation when needed.
